Can I change my membership?

You can request an upgrade from your membership page. Any additional price is presented before payment.

Where is my Fan Card?

Eligible members can follow application, verification, production and delivery from the Fan Card section of their account.

How do I pay?

Payment details are never published. Ask for the method you would like from your billing page and an administrator issues the details to you.

I have not had my code.

Codes expire after fifteen minutes. Ask for a new one from the sign-in screen, and check the address on your application.
