Before you become a member.

• Annual pricing and tier inclusions are shown before a membership request.
• Membership activation requires the payment and verification conditions in your final offer.
• Physical Fan Card applications are reserved for active Platinum and Black members.
• A Fan ID is a membership credential; confirmed events require separate admission passes.
• Experience availability and optional charges must be confirmed before booking.
• Processing payments receive an acknowledgement; receipts follow confirmed payment.

Cancellations and refunds

A detailed product-specific policy must be supplied before payment. Mandatory consumer rights apply where required. This preview does not implement a blanket global no-refund rule or collect legally binding acceptance.

Respectful participation

Members must respect personal boundaries, event rules, intellectual property and the privacy of others. Accounts and credentials are personal. Private contact details, locations and restricted content must not be shared.

Operator and jurisdiction

The legal company name, registered address, governing jurisdiction, Support contact and final policies are still required before launch. The existing legal draft needs review for the intended markets.
